Pre-Apprenticeship Accelerator

Employers: Come learn from experts who have invested in Pre-Apprenticeship for high school students to grow talent and meet workforce needs. This event welcomes employers and current Registered Apprenticeship programs to learn about effective strategies in using Registered Pre-Apprenticeship programming to prepare and connect high school students to careers through Registered Apprenticeship. Youth and young adults are critical in the future of our workforce! During this event, you will learn about the basics of apprenticeship and pre-apprenticeship, the need and benefits of developing a Registered Pre-Apprenticeship program for high school students, and hear from program sponsors who have developed quality programs in our region.
