"Consider an Apprenticeship for the next step in your life and your career."

William had a plan to graduate high school, attend college, and become an Architectural Engineer. After his first year in college, his path took a turn. Luckily, he found an Apprenticeship program that unlocked possibilities he did not know were possible. Today, as the President and CEO of Empower Construction, he strives to promote the City’s minority businesses, advocate for Workforce Development programs, and mentor youth by providing awareness, access, and tools to be successful in the workforce.
