Requirements at time of Application Include: Graduating 12th graders who are 17 or older with a valid driver’s license, be able to pass a drug screening, live in Berks, Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Lehigh, Montgomery, or Philadelphia County, and a commitment to attending all training dates.
