The application process begins with the submission of your application. Upon submitting your application, you will be asked to complete a skills assessment and short video interview. The next step will be a 20-minute virtual interview with a recruiter. Next, you will be asked to apply to the aligned partner college and provide transcripts to determine “”college readiness””. After college readiness has been determined, you will have interviews with Apprentice managers and various local Aon colleagues. After interviews, offers will be extended. The last steps will be the onboarding and background check process in anticipation of the August start date and orientation into the program.
